These terms govern the use of visapply.net and of the ESTA application assistance service offered through it. The details of the company that runs it are under Legal information, at the end of this page. You can contact us at support@visapply.net.
By using this website or our service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use them.
We are not the US government
We are a private company. We are not affiliated with the US government, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or any other government agency.
You can apply for an ESTA yourself, without our help and paying only the government fee, on the official website esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
What the service is
We assist travellers with their US ESTA application: we explain what is required, review the information and documents you give us and submit the application to the US authorities on your behalf, keeping you informed until you receive the answer.
How it works today: the form on this website only collects your name and email address. Filling it in does not submit anything to the authorities and does not charge you anything. Our team then gets in touch with you by email to arrange your application.
The decision is not ours. Travel authorisations are granted or refused exclusively by the US authorities, and we cannot guarantee that yours will be approved.
Your obligations
- Give us truthful, accurate and complete information. False or inaccurate information may lead the authorities to refuse your application.
- Hold a valid passport from a country eligible for the Visa Waiver Program.
- If you apply on behalf of someone else, such as a child, be authorised to do so.
- Use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, and do not copy, reuse or redistribute its content without our authorisation.
Prices
Our fee is the one shown on the website: €126 per applicant, which includes the government fee, the review of your application by our team and support in your language.
Optionally, you can add an urgency supplement: €20 for processing within 3 days or €40 for processing within 1 day. It is only charged if you choose it.
Before we start working on your application, our team confirms the total price and how to pay it. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge as long as your application has not yet been submitted to the US authorities, and you will be refunded anything you have paid.
Once the application has been submitted, the service has been fully performed and the fee is non-refundable. Pursuant to Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Law (LGDCU) and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.
A refusal by the US authorities does not entitle you to a refund of our fee, because that decision depends solely on them.
If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will review your case.
What we can promise, and what we can't
We do everything we reasonably can to prepare and submit your application correctly and on time, but we are not liable for delays, refusals or decisions of the US authorities, for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information you give us, or for causes beyond our control.
The information published on this website is for guidance only and is not legal advice. Entry requirements can change: the official information is on the CBP website.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service. None of this limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor your rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The website, its texts, design, logos and graphics belong to the owner of the site or are used under the appropriate authorisation. Reproducing them or using them commercially is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force when you order the service applies to your order. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. If you contract as a business, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
